TFI Tracks stands behind every rubber track we supply. Below are the warranty terms for each product category, so you know exactly what is covered and for how long.

Product Warranty Coverage

Compact Track Loader (CTL)

CTL Tracks are covered for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. The first 6 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 6 months are prorated.

Mini Excavator

Mini Excavator Tracks are covered for a period of 24 months from the purchase date. The first 12 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 12 months are prorated.

Crawler Dumper

Crawler Dumper Tracks are covered for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. The first 6 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 6 months are prorated.

Directional Drills

Directional Drill Tracks are covered for a period of 24 months from the purchase date. The first 12 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 12 months are prorated.

MTL / Posi-Track

MTL Tracks are covered for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. The first 6 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 6 months are prorated.

Trexell (DRB) Agricultural Tracks

Every DRB AG Track comes with a comprehensive limited warranty covering quality, durability and long-term value.

Limited Warranty - Eligibility

Applies only to new DRB AG Tracks bought by the original owner, where the track carries a DRB AG Track ID and serial number and is used strictly for normal agricultural work. Coverage lasts up to 4 years or 4,000 hours of use, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase.

Agricultural Tracks - Term & Pro Rata

If a valid claim is made within the first 12 months of service or before 1,000 operating hours (whichever comes first), the track is replaced free of charge, except for mounting and service fees. After that first-year / 1,000-hour window, the replacement cost is prorated: the customer pays an increasing percentage based on age and usage, per the schedule below:

“Pro rata” = the share of the replacement cost the customer pays; the rest is covered by DRB. The covered portion shrinks over time: 100% → 70% → 40% → 10% → 0%.

Important Condition

✱ This coverage applies only when the tracks are used within DRB AG Track’s designated specifications. Any use outside those specifications voids the warranty.
